The Board of Directors of Graziella Green Power, in addition to the Chief Executive Officer, includes 4 directors who combine technical, financial, and tax expertise to ensure efficient management of the company and adequately support the decision-making process.
Gianni Gori, the expression of ownership and president of Graziella Holding, has always been convinced of a 100% renewable and zero-emission future. In 2010, alongside the Group's historical activity - over 70 years in the gold and jewelry sector - he also started the green activity through the establishment of Graziella Green Power S.p.A.
Graduated in Economics and Business, Andrea boasts over 40 years of experience in the banking sector in Italy and abroad (particularly in Bulgaria and Slovakia). During his professional career, Andrea has held top managerial roles (General Manager of Banca Unicreditbulbank and Head of Commercial Banking Italy for the Unicredit Group) and has been appointed a member of the boards of directors of financial institutions and industrial entities.
Chartered Accountant since 1994, Carlo practices in the professional association “Studio Associato Carlo Marmorini e Paolo Amorosi“. As a tax and corporate law expert, he supported the Holding Group in various extraordinary operations in the Gold and Fashion division, becoming a director of Graziella Green S.p.A. since May 2023.
After graduating in economics and management, Veronica joined the Graziella Group in 2012, first in a commercial role for foreign markets in the Gold division and then focusing on the acquisition of the Braccialini brand, where she was the controller manager. Today Veronica is responsible for the treasury and management control of the Gold and Fashion division.
Professor of energy engineering at the University La Sapienza of Rome since 2006, Federico, in addition to various scientific publications in the energy field, acts as an independent consultant to industrial entities and financial institutions through his eponymous studio (25 years of activity in the renewable energy and energy efficiency sector).
